We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original packaging.

💡 Earrings and custom items are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.

📦 Buyers cover return postage unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please email [email protected] with your order number to start a return.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
